Water aerobics or water exercise is a relatively new type of aerobic that, thanks to the special positive traits of water, has numerous favourable effect on the body. If we exercise in water we feel certain resistance that improves blood flow, prevents ballistic movements and represents constant resistance that those who are practicing have to overcome by moving in different directions and with variable speed.
